The team craft Selvarossa with native grapes Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera—both grown on \u003cb\u003ealberello-trained bush vines (a local tradition Angelo helped save from extinction).\u003c\/b\u003e After drying a third of the Negroamaro grapes, which concentrates flavors, they aged the wine in fine oak barrels.
