This means there isn’t just \u003ci\u003ea lot\u003c\/i\u003e of fruit for the cooperative to work with—but that the grapes can be grown in whichever area \u003ci\u003eterroir\u003c\/i\u003e best suits them. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThis Pinot Blanc was sourced from the Salorno area and pergola-trained vines grown in sandy alluvial soils. The grapes were pressed gently, their juice was fermented in stainless steel and the resulting wine was aged on its lees.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eImmediately inviting, it wafts subtle hints of white flowers, peach and apricot that pour into a mouthfilling palate of yellow apple and pear.
